Farewell Lobito

My next blog will be written in English, so I thought I should give it a try here, and post something in my 2nd language.
This Saturday I noticed I'm not so well regarded as I thought. In fact, people can't whait for me to leave Angola. Well, at least that's the kind of conclusion I took from my farewell dinner. I managed to get about 30 people together in Simões, and instead of a morbid atmosphere, people were getting drunk, cheering and singing, everyone was smiling and you could see no signs of unhapiness in their faces.
Well, all in all it was a great dinner party. Perhaps the best one ever in my 2 years in Angola.
I shall miss many things in Angola, after all, even with it's faults this was my home for the last 2+ years, but to tell you the truth, what I'll miss more than anything is the people.
I made some friends over here, a few realy good ones, and for them I leave all my best wishes.

Farewell, Fernando, hope to see you soon, again. If not here in Angola, in another place somewhere in the world, my friend. And the happyness that you saw was the best way that all the guys (no girls present, why?) found to wish you all the best in your new adventure!
